New Invitation Rules

Starting THIS YEAR, 2004, we are trying to handle ALL invites, payment, directions, and all other information online.  This makes it easier for us to coordinate and hopefully easier for you as well.
 
 
There will be two rounds of invitations this year.
 
THE FIRST ROUND
Will be begin about a month before the tour and invitations will be sent directly to selected invitees from the WBT committe.

These "selected" invitees will then have a week or so to RSVP.  To RSVP you will have to send your entry fee payment of $30 to the committee, thus securing your place.  Please make payments via Pay Pal on the Bar Tour Info page on the Westland Bar Tour website.  Late fees and / or loss of reservation will

At the time of payment invitees can then make requests for others to be invited.  A request should include the person’s full name, phone number and most importantly their email.  To send us your requests after making your payment use the Request Form that is under the Pay Pal section on the Bar Tour Info page.

THE SECOND ROUND
The WBT committee will then select people from your list of requested invites and we will contact them and invite them directly.  Therefore, if you request that more than one person is invited, please indicate the order in which they should be invited since not all requests will be fullfilled due to space limitations.

After your requested invitees have been contacted and invited by us, they will have a week or so from that time to RSVP by sending the committee entry fee payment.  If we do not receive the RSVP payment in the alloted time then they are taken off the list and will be replaced by another requested invitee.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted with entry fee payments refunded until a certain date before the tour.   As of now this date has not yet been confirmed.  If there are cancellations after this time, entry payments will not be refunded and your place on the tour is locked-in.

System summary

1. First round invitations are made.

2. Invitees selected by the WBT Committee in the first round have about one week to secure his or her place on the tour with payment of the entry fee.

3. First round invitees request that others (not on the first round invitee list) be invited.

4. Second round invitations are made.

5. Secondary invitees have about a week to secure her or his place on the tour with payment of the entry fee.

6. Cancellations with refunds will not be accepted after a date prior to the tour.

7. We toast another WBT on November 27, 2004.
